Museum of the Bible will temporarily close from December 24 through January 28 by DC mayor’s COVID-19 order

WASHINGTON – In response to Mayor Bowser’s recent order, Museum of the Bible will close to the public from December 24, 2020, through January 28, 2021.

“Though the museum’s doors will be temporarily closed, we invite the public to enjoy our many digital resources and please don’t miss our upcoming virtual program, “Esther in America” on February 11,” said Harry Hargrave, CEO of Museum of the Bible. The museum’s online store will remain open throughout the holidays and new year.

As Museum of the Bible continues to monitor the situation, it will post updates on museumoftheBible.org. The museum also welcomes your support during this challenging time to sustain the museum’s mission of inviting all people to engage with the transformative power of the Bible.
