Group Benefits and Information:
- Special rates for groups of 10 or more. Please contact Customer Service for current group rates.
- School groups receive 1 complimentary adult for every 10 students.
- Advanced booking: book your group up to 12 months in advance (normal advanced booking is 60 days).
- Early access to Museum of the Bible: 9-10 a.m. (Monday-Saturday).
- Arrivals Host to expedite museum entry.
- 10% discount on one item in the Museum Shop for each group member
- Designated bus drop-off and loading zone at the south side of Museum of the Bible’s main entrance on Virginia Avenue SW. Limited metered parking for buses is available on the south side of the museum on Virginia Avenue SW.
- All museum ticket sales are final. Unused tickets may be exchanged for future visits within six months of the original visit date.

Policies and Procedures
Booking
- To reserve your group’s visit or make changes to your group’s visit, contact Customer Service by phone at (866) 430-MOTB or from the Contact Us Page.
- Groups of 10 or more wishing to receive group benefits require advanced reservations.
- All group reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to qualify for the special group benefits and require pre-payment.
- Book up to 12 months in advance by contacting Customer Service.
- Reservations are made on a first-come first-served basis.
- Any reductions to ticket counts must be made before the final payment.
- An increase in ticket counts can be made Monday-Friday until 5 p.m. (EST) the day before the scheduled group visit and are based on availability.

- Final payment is due two weeks prior to the arrival date.
- Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, corporate check or money order. Museum of the Bible will not
accept
purchase orders as a form of payment.

- School groups must have a minimum of 1 chaperone for every 10 students. School groups receive 1 complimentary adult for every 10 students. Additional chaperones will agree to pay the adult group rate.

- Refunds are only available if cancellation or no-show was due to inclement weather or state of emergency.
Arriving at Museum of the Bible
- If your group is arriving by a bus:
- Motor coach operators, visit DDOT for more information.
- Designated bus drop-off and loading zone located at Museum of the Bible’s main entrance on Virginia Avenue SW.
- Limited metered parking for buses is available on the south side of the museum on Virginia Avenue SW.
- Upon arrival, please instruct only the group leader to announce the group’s arrival at the main entrance. An Arrivals Host will greet the group on the bus and take the group through security.
- If group is not arriving by bus:
- Parking can be limited in Washington, D.C. We suggest taking the Metro and exiting at the Federal Center SW Metro Station. It is a short, one-block walk west to the front of the museum.
- We recommend booking convenient and affordable parking in advance through SpotHero, the nation’s leading parking reservation app.
- To reserve your parking spot, visit the Museum of the Bible SpotHero Parking Page and book a spot with rates up to 50% off drive-up.
